Some of you already know I like to experiment with platforms and gadgets. Since I don’t have the skill or even the energy right now to create live video like this, I am utilizing one of my recent favorite apps.
I will tell you that you are looking at me, and you are hearing my actual voice. I uploaded 3 photos and a voice recording, so you are really seeing and hearing me. The difference is the video of me is a clone of one of the photos that AI made for this video, and the voice, while mine, has been added with AI voice cloning, but I can honestly say this is pretty dang close.
AI amazes me everyday, which is why I added an AI group here on SubStack. If you are interested, the link is at the bottom.
As mentioned in the video, I’m in my 8th decade now, and unfortunately can not do things, well, Many things actually) like I used to. Because of physical damage and other bad luck, I can’t hardly move most of the time, and I now have lost the ability to sing without my voice cracking, a real bummer for me, altho I still do sing loudly when no one is around lol.
I won’t try to tell you all the which ways and what I have done over my life here, but I am planning on sharing bits and pieces of it and my travels here, if you are interested in all that.
I just figured it would be fun to create this little video, since I experiment with AI a good portion of the day anyway, and I am seriously thinking of creating a lot more info vids, for teaching or demo purposes. I discovered today, I don’t even have to generate the avatar talking, which I thought was a default, so YAY!
